Season 8 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is going to be straight-up crazy. New and familiar faces are coming to Atlanta, and the tension boils over for all the ladies. From Peter Thomastelling wife Cynthia Bailey to “f**k off” to nasty catfights to Kandi Burruss’ pregnancy, it’s going to be one epic season!
Kim Fields a.k.a. Tootie from the Facts of Life has joined the show, and she gets right in the middle of the drama. She was shocked to find out that Phaedra Parks’ husband, Apollo Nida, was in prison. Welcome to RHOA, Tootie. Shereè Whitfield is also returning.
Meanwhile, Cynthia and Peter’s marriage is struggling. At one point in the trailer, he appears to tell Cynthia to “f**k off.” Peter was caught cozying up to a woman who was not his wife in June 2015, likely sparking trouble in their marriage.
Kandi and Todd Tucker are expecting their first child together, and he pregnancy will be chronicled over the season. There’s baby fever in Atlanta —Porsha Williams says she’s ready to have one! “All I need is sperm to get up inside me,” she says.
Phaedra is also dealing with her divorce and juggling raising two kids. “Apollo said he wanted a divorce, so I’m gonna give it to him,” she reveals.
Elsewhere in the trailer, the ladies get their groove on, intense fighting goes down and someone collapses on the floor. YIKES!
